Project 01: Find your community

 

It's not about what you work out but HOW you work out! In the world of fitness, there are so many options. You have yoga, the gym, running, sports, palates, swimming, etc., There are plenty of exercises for us to get at least 30 minutes a day, and although easier said than done, it can be challenging committing that time. That's why The Bar Method is different. This group of women (with some men but mainly women) embraced the idea of community and not only sweated it out in their intense exercises but also developed sisterhoods with each other! They enrolled women of all ages, from straight out of high school to mothers of 5! But what makes them different is that everyone supports each other regardless of age gaps or career differences.

With this project, Bar Method focused on what a "barre" exercise contains. But it's a bit different here at the Southlake location; these ladies always put on fun new music and laser focus on their workouts!
