Project 03: Developing Company Culture

Thiel & Team hired me at the beginning of the year to shoot some content for their rebrand. They have transitioned into a Women Owned Business and changed the name from Thiel & Thiel to Thiel & Team (still goes by T&T). With the new name and leadership, they wanted to get some new hires in but wanted to execute in a "creative" way.

We had the idea of showcasing company culture, design projects, testimonials, and the team all in one video! We wanted to create content representing what being at T&T would be like! We posted it on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook and have hired over 10+ Thielmates (that’s what T&T calls their workers, cute, huh), and the business is thriving! Before executing a plan, we sometimes have to step back and see how it can perform effectively yet uniquely.
