Does this happen to you often? You go into your favorite local coffee shop and tell the baristas about your morning, work, or just your life in general. And they're so good to you and make your coffee just right, and you walk out and realize you don't know anything about them!

I was a barista for five years (I still want to be when I open my coffee shop, but that's for later), and I knew all about my customers! I learned about their jobs, passions, weekends, bad days, lunch plans, and everything! But very rarely did they ask about us. And I get it, we're there to make coffee and be the third place, but I believe all baristas are more than just magical creatures who wear a name tag and make fantastic coffee.

So RE:defined Coffee House, and I came up with the idea of "Meet the Baristas" where we filmed all of the baristas and mentioned fun facts about them, their favorite drink, and their passions!
